1.The most basic of basic fighting technques, So basic I seem to use it in every single fight. Using light jabs to open up your opponent before following through with a strong attack. She was essentially foot boxing.

2. Into the flame.

3. By the way, there is absolutely no suggestion in either the comics or episodes that I've seen that Buttercup even knows what wrestling is. But it does fit her and more importantly I liked this sequence.

4. Distraction!

5-7. No idea what this is called but looks like something that would actually hurt.

12. Wondering how she is getting hit despite being 'perfect'? Well there are two very important laws of combat.

a. It is said that even a grandmaster will fail to defend against one out of ten attacks by a novice. This has more to do with simple math then anything really. The body encompasses a lot more space then a sword or arms can defend against. So ultimately eventually the grandmaster will simply have is guard in the wrong place. Of course the trick is for the grandmaster to set up his opponent's position so that when he does get struck its ultimately inconsequential (This is also why even a small amount of armor gives such a stupendous advantage.) And of course sheer aggression can have the novice defeated before he even has a chance for a lucky hit. But thats aside the point. Even perfect, the Blossom isn't omniscient. She is subject to the same mathematical principle. And Buttercup and Bubbles aren't exactly novices.

b. Second is simply that victory over an enemy relies on exploiting your enemies mistakes and on causing them to make mistakes. What this means in practical terms is that the winner of a fight will be whoever makes the fewest mistakes.  So the better the two opponents in question are the longer the fight will go as mistakes come fewer and fewer. In this case t means that although Buttercup and Bubbles do make a whole lot of mistakes and the perfect puff doesn't (though the unexpected can get her.) even the Perfect Puff has to wait for Bubbles and Buttercup to make a mistake. Which gives time for 'a' to come into effect. Likewise the Perfect Puff is outnumbered, which is an extra disadvantage she has to contend with.

So although the Perfect Puff is super tough, she isn't invincible thanks to the power of MAAAAAAATH!

I'd image Buttercup is probably more of a fan of the Attitude Era. Especially since it had Stone Cold!
More importantly, math is amazing.
